Jessica is the founder and heart behind The Mind-Body-Soul Connection, a space devoted to whole-person healing that honors the body, mind, and spirit.

She is a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, with additional certifications in Reiki Crystal Healing and Meditation Practices. Jessica was trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho and Tibetan Reiki, and her Reiki lineage traces through Dr. Usui, Dr. Hayashi, Mrs. Takata, John Gray, Lourdes Gray, and Teresa Piper.

At the core of Jessica’s work is a deep faith in God and a belief that healing flows through grace, intention, and love. She approaches energy healing as a complementary, faith-aligned practice—one that supports awareness, restoration, and spiritual connection while honoring each individual’s beliefs and journey.

Jessica is passionate about serving others, sharing wisdom, and helping people reconnect with their inner light and purpose. She considers herself a lifelong student of energy, faith, and the human experience.

Jessica believes that healing is ultimately a personal and spiritual journey. Her role is not to “fix,” but to hold space, offer gentle guidance, and support others as they reconnect with their own God-given capacity for healing and wholeness.

Danielle is a Certified Reiki Master incorporating different healing modalities to achieve healing of the body, mind and spirit and the balancing of the chakras with Quantum Touch, Reiki, crystals, and sound. When the Chakras are flowing smoothly you will feel relaxed, centered, grounded, and energized. Reiki energy is a simple healing technique that uses a gentle hands-on approach to help the body’s ability to heal itself and can actually speed up the healing process.

She also specializes in Long Distance Reiki energy healing. Danielle can send healing energy to a person no matter where they are in the world. The energy in a remote session is just as strong as if they were delivered in person directly with the hands. A benefit of this is that some people are better able to relax and receive energy when in the privacy of their own home. Long-Distance healing sessions work because energy is not limited by distance, time, or space.

Danielle was taught and practices Usui Shiki Ryoho and Tibetan Reiki.
