Our hope is that this group will bring likeminded people together. People who are looking for natural, readily available, simple, safe and effective tools to help them manage dis-ease and imbalance in their mind, body and soul; people who are looking to restore harmony and wellbeing in their life and the lives of those they love and lastly; people who are already living this lifestyle and want to share their light and love to help others.
Many if not all the energy healing modalities, or tools, we will focus on are ancient traditions that have been practiced for centuries by our ancestors and so many of the tools we will talk about and teach you about already exist within you or are provided naturally by mother earth and the universe itself. So often it is not only learning about these tools and how to use these them but as importantly how to incorporate them into your life as healthy habits, routines and rituals that will enable you to have long lasting success.
Our bodies, minds and souls are miraculous and divinely created to self-heal. It is the external factors like chronic stress, negativity, toxins in the air and the chemicals in the things we put in and on our bodies that decrease our vibrational frequency and bring on dis-ease and disharmony.
