This offering is designed to meet you where you are — without pressure to change everything at once, and without needing to have all the answers already.

This process is designed to help you explore how your physical experience, emotional patterns, stress load, and daily life rhythms interact.


Rather than focusing on fixing or diagnosing, this approach offers a thoughtful way to step back, notice patterns, and gain a clearer understanding of what may be influencing your overall sense of balance.


You begin by completing the Mind-Body Discovery Profile, and from there you’ll receive your personalized Alignment Map and access to your private Wellness Studio to support reflection and integration at your own pace.

How It Works

Step One: Discover.  


Begin by completing the Mind-Body Discovery Profile, a gentle questionnaire that gathers information about your physical experience, emotional patterns, stress load, and daily rhythms.


Most people find the profile takes about 15–30 minutes to complete, depending on how much reflection they choose to include. 


This profile isn’t about identifying what’s “wrong.” It’s about noticing patterns and connections that are easy to miss when you’re living inside them.


Taking time to complete this profile thoughtfully helps create a fuller picture of what may be influencing your current experience, allowing your Alignment Map to reflect your situation with greater clarity and care. 




Step Two: Align.


Once your Discovery Profile is submitted, your responses are thoughtfully reviewed.

You will then receive an email with your personalized invoice and next steps.


Upon payment, your Mind-Body Alignment Map and Wellness Studio will be prepared for you.


Your personalized Mind-Body Alignment Map is then created by bringing together the patterns, connections, and themes that may be influencing your current experience of balance and well-being.


Your Alignment Map is designed to help you:

• recognize patterns influencing your physical and emotional well-being
• notice connections between stress, lifestyle rhythms, and how your body responds
• better understand areas that may be asking for more attention or support
• begin identifying gentle shifts that may support greater balance


Along with your Alignment Map, you will receive access to your private Wellness Studio, a supportive space designed to help you explore insights, reflect on patterns, and consider supportive next steps. 


Investment
Your personalized Alignment Map and Wellness Studio experience is $77.00. 


Your Alignment Map and Wellness Studio access are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after payment is received. 


You will receive an email when everything is ready, along with instructions for accessing your Wellness Studio and scheduling a complimentary 15-minute consultation if you would like additional clarity. 


The guidance is designed to be self-directed, flexible, and practical — something you can return to and explore at your own pace.




Step Three: Restore.


With your Mind-Body Alignment Map and access to your private Wellness Studio, you can begin exploring supportive shifts in a way that feels manageable and realistic for your life.


Your Alignment Map will highlight one primary area of support that may help bring greater balance to your overall well-being. This focused approach allows you to gently explore meaningful change without feeling overwhelmed.


The Wellness Studio provides a dedicated space where you can revisit your insights, reflect on what resonates, and begin integrating small, supportive adjustments into your daily life.


This stage is designed to be self-supported, flexible, and pressure-free, allowing you to move at a pace that feels right for you as you begin restoring balance across your mind, body, and daily rhythms.

If you feel called to explore the connection between your mind, body, and daily experience, the first step is completing the Mind-Body Discovery Profile.


The profile takes about 15–30 minutes to complete and helps create the foundation for your personalized Alignment Map and Wellness Studio.

Step Four: The Restoration Process (Guided Support)

 

For those who feel they would benefit from more structured guidance, the Restoration Process offers a deeper level of personalized support.


These guided experiences are offered as 3-week, 6-week, or 9-week journeys, designed to help you work more closely with the insights from your Alignment Map while exploring meaningful shifts in a supportive and intentional way.


During the Restoration Process, additional guidance, tools, and resources are introduced to support continued reflection and integration.


To ensure that each participant receives thoughtful, attentive support, the number of people welcomed into the Restoration Process at one time is intentionally limited. This allows the experience to remain personal, spacious, and responsive to each individual’s needs.


Enrollment for the next Restoration Process cycle will open May 2026.

Integrative Mind-Body Wellness is intended to be supportive and educational.


It is not a medical or mental health service, and it does not replace care from licensed healthcare professionals. Instead, it’s designed to complement other forms of support by offering whole-person perspective, clarity, and gentle guidance for self-care.


All guidance is optional and meant to be explored at your own pace, in a way that feels appropriate and supportive for you.
